The gal behind Dogs of Fun is me, your not-so-shy dog lover, Arelis Aguayo. After 15 years of experience as a professional portrait, wedding, and journalism photographer (and general photo junky), I now focus all my knowledge and passion to serve those adorable little creatures we call dogs.
Dogs of Fun’s style is the result of my expansive photography experience. The photos have an influence of photo journalism and portraiture. This allows your pups to be themselves, enjoy the session, and have tremendous fun while we capture those precious and priceless daily expressions you know and love. The final product is a variety of candids and portraits that highlight their unique personality.
I currently reside in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but I'm willing to travel around the globe to photograph your pup. Fostering a love for dogs is the #1 mission and reason why I created Dogs of Fun. I want to capture your dog’s true self, in their authentic environment, with natural lighting through a hassle-free and fun photographic session for both you and little Fido.
My first dog, back when I was a little kid, was a German Shepherd named Rambo and I've been struck with puppy love since then. Nowadays, you can find me on any given day walking my Chihuahua, Harley, and Boston Terrier, Yankee, while listening to rock-n-roll and sipping on coffee. And yes, my pups are always available for play dates.
