The pups' 2018 resolutions
We all make resolutions for the new year. It is a great way to have a path to follow and achieve our goals. That's why I took some time this morning to discuss with my pups their 2018 goals. The overall consent is that although they always welcome more treats, toys and petting time, there are specific things they would love to accomplish. I would love to share my puppies' New Year's resolutions.
01. NAP
The girls wish for better and higher quality naps, for which they will work on this goal by encouraging us to have more beds around the house. This one seems pretty attainable to me. I always want to ensure their comfort, so more beds seems like a done deal. Don't tell them that, I want them to think they have to work for it.
02. BE YOURSELF
My pups are pretty chill. They love to play, run and have fun. And even when there are other pups checking them out during our neighboorhood strolls, they want to be their goofy selves no matter what. We could all be a little bit more like dogs. #lifegoals
03. SEE THINGS FROM ALL ANGLES
Again, wisdom from the pups. Life is better viewed from varied angles. Although, I think they meant new angles like from the couch, my bed or even riding shotgun in the car.
04. LEARN NEW TRICKS
This one is easy. They always love to learn new tricks. It's a win-win. As a pet photographer, I get more photo-ops and as good students they get more treats. They will most certainly work for treats.
05. CONNECT WITH OLD FRIENDS
They are mainly wondering what their littermates are up to? I might have to get them a Facebook account pronto! On that note, I wonder what my childhood friends are up to?
07. NEW STYLE
The pups have expressed their need for new and varied styles, preferably seasonal. They want to show off their sense of style during various dog portraits sessions.
08. TRAVEL MORE
Yes! They might have overheard me plan my pet photography tour and they are ready to come along. The puppies enjoyed many road trips with us, but now they also want to earn miles to travel even further.
